Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the food manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve output.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food manufacturing industry.
