Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, cargo handling, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and verify Bill of Lading (BoL) and other shipping documentation in compliance with Incoterms and international trade regulations.
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, with proactive and solution-driven approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and performance metrics using ERP or logistics management systems.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in global supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, BoL, and international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost optimization.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
