Responsibility
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services required for manufacturing operations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Prepare and maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation for audits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics is a plus.
