Responsibility
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in forklift operation and warehouse management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift Driver or in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
