Responsibility
- Perform quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct visual and measurement checks to identify defects or deviations in materials or finished goods.
- Document and report quality issues, production metrics, and inspection results accurately.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment or further processing.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for the right candidates.
- Ability to read and interpret basic instructions (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, or move items (up to 20-25 kg) as needed.
- Willingness to work in shift-based environments (day shifts only, no overnight).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry or reporting (preferred but not mandatory).
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
