As a QA Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing, modifying, and enhancing existing workflows to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols for warehouse operations to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose actionable improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse procedures, including inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and document updated procedures.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track quality benchmarks and report findings to management.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on QA standards, error prevention, and process adherence.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or non-conformities in warehouse operations with root-cause analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions for warehouse optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, or process improvement within retail or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and process mapping.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, CMQ/OE) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
