As a Senior Procurement Executive, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate with global suppliers, and ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibility
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify cost-effective suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting performance evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Procurement Process Optimization: Streamline procurement workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Market & Cost Analysis: Conduct market research and cost-benefit analyses to support data-driven procurement decisions.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability, geopolitical factors, and market fluctuations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and project teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Integrate sustainable and ethical procurement practices in line with corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CIPS certification is a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical and analytical skills to assess costs, risks, and supplier performance.
- ERP/Procurement Software: Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for stakeholder engagement.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior procurement staff.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with offshore engineering, oil & gas, or heavy manufacturing procurement is advantageous.
