  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their reliability and competitiveness.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payments and smooth supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Support senior buyers in strategic procurement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (internships included).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
