Responsibility
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of pneumatic systems and industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble machinery components with precision and adherence to technical specifications.
- Test and calibrate pneumatic systems to meet operational standards and safety regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and test results in detailed reports for compliance and tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- A diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, or industrial machinery maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles as they apply to industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
