Responsibility

  • Perform detailed testing and validation of electro-mechanical systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and modify electro-mechanical components and systems as required for testing and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electro-mechanical systems, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on testing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide feedback on system performance, defects, and potential improvements.
  • Document test procedures, results, and maintenance activities in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in team discussions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical testing, troubleshooting, or maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with testing equipment, tools, and diagnostic software (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, PLCs).
