Responsibility
- Perform detailed testing and validation of electro-mechanical systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Assemble, disassemble, and modify electro-mechanical components and systems as required for testing and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electro-mechanical systems, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on testing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide feedback on system performance, defects, and potential improvements.
- Document test procedures, results, and maintenance activities in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in team discussions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical testing, troubleshooting, or maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with testing equipment, tools, and diagnostic software (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, PLCs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in an industrial setting.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
