Responsibility
- Assemble and install cash acceptance machines according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Provide on-site training to clients and end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs for compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all service activities.
- Travel to various client locations across Bali to provide timely and efficient support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in assembling, installing, or maintaining mechanical or electrical systems.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client training and support.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (up to 25 kg).
- Familiarity with cash handling systems or financial technology is a plus.
