Responsibility
- Oversee daily PCBA production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor production teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PCBA assembly and testing.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO and industry-specific certifications.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including suppliers and corporate teams, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCBA production management within the electronics or renewable energy sector.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PCBA assembly processes, SMT technology, and quality control methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Bali as needed.
