Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, from supplier identification to contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs, improve quality, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
- Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best commercial outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and cost-benefit analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs, and logistics is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
