Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end indirect procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for F&B operations.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize procurement spend while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Manage supplier performance, conducting regular evaluations and fostering long-term partnerships with key vendors.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Legal) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Drive sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to recommend innovative sourcing solutions.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs, savings, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in the F&B or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and cost reduction in indirect procurement categories.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in budget management and spend analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
