Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead, mentor, and train production teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline workflows and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with local and international manufacturing regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to align with production targets and cost-saving initiatives.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain seamless production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex production challenges.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
