Responsibility
- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding shipment status, delays, and delivery confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipment-related inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, shipment details, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Assist clients with documentation requirements, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export/import permits.
- Proactively track shipments and anticipate potential issues, communicating proactively to mitigate risks.
- Educate clients on logistics processes, shipping regulations, and best practices for international trade.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or export coordination, preferably in a global or multicultural environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Strong knowledge of logistics terminology, shipping processes, and international trade documentation.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and logistics tracking tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, Incoterms, and freight forwarding is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
