Responsibility
- Lead procurement activities for NPI programs, ensuring timely material availability and cost efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for semiconductor components and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to optimize value and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve escalations to maintain operational continuity.
- Support sustainability initiatives by identifying eco-friendly procurement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with NPI processes and semiconductor supply chain dynamics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
