Responsibility
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments.
- Prepare and process inventory reports for management review.
- Support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with wholesale or retail environments is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
