Responsibility
- Process and manage purchase orders accurately and in compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in cost analysis and budget tracking to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
- Resolve supplier discrepancies and delivery issues promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, logistics) to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Utilize ERP or procurement software to update records, generate reports, and streamline purchasing workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
