Responsibility

  • Process and manage purchase orders accurately and in compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in cost analysis and budget tracking to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
  • Resolve supplier discrepancies and delivery issues promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, logistics) to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Utilize ERP or procurement software to update records, generate reports, and streamline purchasing workflows.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends for informed decision-making.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
