Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in coordination with logistics teams.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex cases to relevant departments while maintaining professionalism.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM or ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure alignment on customer requirements and expectations.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, invoices, and documentation for external stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate updates on order statuses, delays, or changes to customers to manage expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or logistics processes is highly advantageous.
