Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow processes to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with transportation teams to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs and metrics.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment, including night shifts as required.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
