Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship development to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sourcing.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and distribution network design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, KPIs, and lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage budget planning and cost optimization for supply chain activities, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Strong expertise in supply chain software (ERP, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence at all organizational levels.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
