Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a strategic and operational leadership capacity.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
  • Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship development to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sourcing.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and distribution network design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, KPIs, and lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage budget planning and cost optimization for supply chain activities, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain software (ERP, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
