Responsibility
- Assist in the accurate receiving, labeling, and storage of incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and verifying documentation.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to optimize workflow and safety.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and track shipments.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, movements, and adjustments for management review.
- Assist in cycle counting and annual physical inventory audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards and equipment operation.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg as required.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
