Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and documentation in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs related to quality, safety, and environmental performance.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in quality assurance and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ISO updates to ensure ongoing adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality auditing, compliance, or ISO certification within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
- Certification as a Lead Auditor (e.g., IRCA, ASQ) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit tools, QMS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
