Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including order processing, shipping, and delivery tracking.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records to prevent discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics, providing professional and efficient resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports, including shipping documents, delivery confirmations, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize fulfillment processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
