Responsibility
- Lead and execute process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitate training and workshops to educate staff on best practices and new processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software is advantageous.
