As a Station Supervisor, you will oversee daily station operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient resource management. Your leadership will drive productivity, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the growth of our logistics network across Baliās key areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily station operations, including loading/unloading, inventory management, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize workflow to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor station staff to maintain high performance and team morale.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and station activities using digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., transport, warehouse) to streamline logistics processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, vehicles, and facilities to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Proven experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing, transport, or logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in logistics operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with Baliās logistics landscape is a plus.
