Responsibility
- Assist in the investigation of product complaints, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, investigations, and follow-up actions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality audits and inspections to assess compliance with internal and external standards.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing investigation findings and trends for management review.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to quality assurance and complaints management.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GDP), and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality.
- Prior internship or project experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or healthcare is advantageous.
