Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Manage logistics documentation, including shipping orders, invoices, and customs compliance paperwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align logistics capacity accordingly.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Utilize logistics software and ERP systems to track shipments, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation logistics, and warehousing best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite.
