Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, finance) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all supply chain operations.
- Lead risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, procurement, and logistics optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems, demand forecasting, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs compliance.
