Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to industrial electronics repair services via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technicians, logistics, and management) to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues, including repair status updates and delivery timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting basic electronics issues, guiding clients through diagnostic steps, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team.
- Process service orders, quotations, and invoices accurately, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Proactively follow up with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for service improvements, and foster long-term relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute client communications, including newsletters, service updates, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electronics or industrial equipment is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic data entry tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or technical fields are a bonus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, and adapt to a dynamic, team-oriented workplace culture.
