Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using digital or manual tracking systems.
- Organize warehouse stock to ensure easy accessibility, proper labeling, and efficient space utilization.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and process inventory reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, warehouse policies, and quality control standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed, following operational guidelines.
- Assist in resolving inventory-related issues, including shortages, overstocks, or misplaced items.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) is a plus.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills for data entry and reporting.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle stock items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and equipment operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are advantageous.
