Responsibility
- Design and develop end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to client needs in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics networks, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Lead client presentations and proposals, showcasing technical expertise and strategic insights.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting supply chain operations.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain solutions, logistics engineering, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex supply chain solutions in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS, WMS) is highly desirable.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
