Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of manufacturing components and project sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform commissioning activities, including functional testing, calibration, and validation of equipment.
- Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all testing and inspection processes.
- Monitor and verify the performance of installed systems and equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and project staff on QA/QC procedures.
- Participate in project meetings to review quality metrics and project progress.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection, testing, or commissioning within manufacturing or project environments.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, testing equipment, and software for documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present findings.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
