Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including tracking inputs and outputs to prevent discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on inventory status, trends, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline inventory processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and software to enhance tracking and reporting.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate corrections.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry standards is a plus.
