Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, Engineering) to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality, such as defect rates, customer complaints, and non-conformance reports.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all products and services meet customer specifications and industry regulations before delivery.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in manufacturing or logistics.
- ISO Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is required.
- In-depth knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QMS software, and data analysis tools.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
