Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for warehouse performance, including order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and streamline supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably in the distribution or tech industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate staff.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI Security or Networking products is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Malay) are advantageous.
