Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation strategies to meet targets.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance overall productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
- Enforce compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Drive initiatives for cost reduction, lean manufacturing, and sustainable practices without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading production teams and achieving operational targets.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
