Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Optimize supply chain processes using AWS-based tools to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Coordinate with transportation providers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline distribution networks.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance service quality and business growth.
- Implement and maintain AWS cloud-based systems for real-time tracking, reporting, and process automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
- Proven expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, or AWS cloud platforms for logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
