Responsibility
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for semiconductor materials, components, and services to support manufacturing operations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable payment conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
- Implement procurement best practices, such as vendor evaluation, contract management, and inventory optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, supplier performance metrics, and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a strong advantage.
