Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet procurement needs for manufacturing and logistics.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials/services.
- Manage and track supplier quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues and maintaining strong, reliable partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new supplier opportunities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analyses and supplier evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
