Responsibility
- Lead and manage warehouse projects, including facility setups, relocations, and expansions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Optimize logistics processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes, technologies, and best practices in warehouse management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or project execution.
- Proven track record of leading successful warehouse optimization or automation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
