Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard procedures
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist in material handling, packaging, and inventory management
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report malfunctions to supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, downtime, and output
- Adhere to company policies, including attendance, punctuality, and work ethics
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety guidelines, and basic technical documents
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20-25 kg
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays if required)
- Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude
