We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure seamless material flow to support our manufacturing and logistics goals.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to source high-quality materials at competitive prices, maintain inventory levels, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Your expertise in vendor management and strategic purchasing will directly impact our operational efficiency and bottom line.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company procurement needs while minimizing costs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent shortages or excess.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any logistical or supply chain discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance, production, and logistics teams to align procurement with business objectives.
- Identify and assess new suppliers to expand the vendor base and improve supply chain resilience.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and cost analyses to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and cost-control strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international procurement standards is a plus.
