Responsibility
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, adhering to company standards and timelines.
- Maintain inventory records using digital systems, conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support office-based logistics tasks, such as data entry, shipment tracking, and customer inquiries, if applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20 kg (for warehouse roles).
