Our client, a leading innovator in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a motivated professional to drive business growth by delivering tailored automation solutions to clients in Bali and beyond.
In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our engineering team and potential clients, identifying needs, proposing solutions, and closing deals that enhance operational efficiency. You’ll work with state-of-the-art technologies in automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), conveyor systems, robotics, and warehouse management software (WMS) to help businesses optimize their logistics operations.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of logistics in Southeast Asia while enjoying Bali’s unique work-life balance.
Responsibility
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors to understand their warehouse automation needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our intralogistics solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design customized automation solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, cost estimates, and ROI analyses to support sales negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in warehouse automation.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for warehouse automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the logistics, automation, or material handling industries.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex technical solutions to B2B clients.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain management, and automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs, WMS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
