Responsibility
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse systems.
- Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delays or issues with carriers and suppliers.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, labeling, and dispatching dental products.
- Maintain organized records of logistics activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (internships accepted).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Physical NRIC and punctuality are mandatory for this role.
