Responsibility
- Oversee daily procurement operations, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in procurement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
