Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick-lists and shipping specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on all outgoing products to ensure zero-defect delivery.
- Utilize handheld scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
- Assist with inbound shipments, including offloading, sorting, and verifying stock against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Perform periodic stock takes and cycle counts to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weight.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and quality checking processes.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with team members and interpret work instructions.
- Basic familiarity with warehouse technology and handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to commit to full-time working hours and maintain a high level of punctuality.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on team safety and operational efficiency.
