Responsibility
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules.
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure workplace safety and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license (for roles involving transportation coordination).
